Processing & Delivery Times

United States, Canada & Europe: Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, including 1–2 business days for processing and 3–5 business days for shipping. Custom fees may apply in Canada and in Switzerland.

Other countries:Β Orders will be shipped directly from our factory in China. The delivery period is 10–18 days. All shipping charges will be covered by us, but custom fees may apply locally.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available to the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, and Europe (EU countries) on all items. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your shipment.

Additional Notes

  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no additional cost.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier service disruptions.
